Exchange Policy:

1. We offer exchanges for products within a 7-day period from the delivery date.
2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
3. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.
4. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the exchange request or email us the same at support@sastabadiya.com.
 

Return Policy:

1. We accept returns for a refund within a 7-day period from the purchase date.
2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return or email us the same at support@sastabadiya.com.
 

Damaged or Defective Items:

1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
3. Uncut parcel opening video and photos may be requested to assess the damage or defect.
 

COD Policy:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, but COD charges are extra.
